Framed within
How do we reclaim our democracy as a humane, inclusive process that is responsible to the needs of all members of our community? What does this require of us?
Professors of communication, economics, philosophy, psychology, and religious studies, and a community activist/public intellectual will be the faculty for the course.
In an effort to not only study, but to model democracy, students and faculty will work together to identify pressing contemporary issues, to critically understand them, and to devise strategies to address them.
